1. Acceptance

By creating an account on MyPayReceipts ("MPR"), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Use of the service

MPR helps you capture, organize and (optionally) share receipts with your CPA. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. CPA sharing

If you opt to share reports with your CPA, you grant them read-access to the shared reports for the period you remain associated with them.

5. Data & privacy

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, MPR's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
